Bryce Huemoeller Educates Realtors on Issues Arising in the Sale of Businesses

Bryce Huemoeller of Huemoeller & Gontarek PLC met with real estate agents of ReMax Preferred on August 29, 2017, to discuss issues unique to the sale and purchase of small businesses. The discussion covered topics typically involved in the sale of a small business including valuation, the purchase agreement and key terms of most transactions. Special emphasis was given to the significant difference between the sale of real estate and the sale of an operating business.
