Matthew Gospodarek is an Associate at Huemoeller, Gontarek & Cheskis PLC. His practice focuses on representing both individuals and companies with their respective real estate, estate, and corporate litigation needs.

Prior to joining Huemoeller, Gontarek & Cheskis PLC, Matthew served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jay Carlson, Chief Judge of the 7th Judicial District. During his time as a law clerk, Matthew gained invaluable skills and insight into a number of legal fields. He prides himself on responsiveness and individualized service to ensure each client’s unique goals are met.

Matthew received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas. Matthew has been licensed in the State of Minnesota since 2019 and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association. He joined the firm in July of 2022. During his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, attending Minnesota’s art scene, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
